You can log into your members area by going to www.cheapoflights.com/login.php and login using your email address and last name. If you have any questions about our program, you can also contact us here, but cancellation will only be accepted by calling the toll-free number on your billing statement or by cancelling yourself through the self service system.

By checking the box marked, "I agree to the terms and conditions," you are entering into a legal commercial contract and you certify that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this offer.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, you must login to the member’s area of our website, click “Login” at the top of the page, then My Account and follow the instructions. If you are having trouble logging in, or cancelling, please contact us here. Cancellations will not be honored via email. You must login or call customer service.

As an alternative to cancelling, we provide the option of extending the evaluation period before the first billing occurs. To take advantage of this option, just contact us here.

If you cancel prior to a charge made on the payment method provided, then you are not liable for the cost of the volume even if the scheduled time for shipment has elapsed.

Refund Policy

Our policy is that refunds are not provided for subscription periods that have already been paid for. We understand that at times, people may have overlooked the terms of the auto renewal program and therefore, we will allow an appeal to our credit department for up to 30 days after a charge has been placed on your account.

Billing and Collections Policies

In the event that you fail to pay your obligations, we retain the right to seek collection assistance from third parties, and further retain the right to sell any and all obligations to third parties, in which case these obligations will be assigned to the third party. To exit YGT For Life, and the obligations which accompany its membership, you must cancel yourself from the program by using the methods outlined in the cancellation policy. Failure to properly cancel from the YGT For Life will result in continuation with the program.

In an event a credit or debit card on file will is declined, or payment refused, we will make multiple attempts to charge the card at our discretion. We may cease making attempts to collect payment prior to shipping the volume, in which case we reserve the right to preserve your subscription and present you with an invoice to be paid upon receipt.

Validity Binding Effect

The validity or unenforceability of any term of this Agreement will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other term of this Agreement.

Headings

The headings or captions provided throughout this Agreement are for reference purposes only and will in no way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

Waiver of Breach

A waiver by Cheapoflights.co of a breach of any provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver by Cheapoflights.co of any other breach of the same or different provision.

Site Usage

While Cheapoflights.co uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, Cheapoflights.co makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Cheapoflights.co assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, Cheapoflights.co. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Order Acceptance and Shipment - Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We may require additional information regarding your order if you have not provided all of the information required by us to complete it.
